How to do it
- Go up box 1 (frets 5-8) from string 6 to string 1, following the TAB.
- At the top, shift your hand to box 2 (frets 7-10) and come back down to string 6.
- Notice the notes the two boxes share: they are the bridge for changing position.
- Repeat the up-and-down loop without stopping, with the metronome.
