How to do it
- Start with both thumbs on middle C.
- Open both hands outward at the same time and return to the centre, like a mirror.
- Keep the same finger in each hand at every moment (1 with 1, 2 with 2…).
Variations
- Transpose to other keys (G, F, D…).
- Extend to a full octave in contrary motion.
