Feel the accent — intermediate

Recognise the grouping of beats and the strong first beat in 3/4, now mixing quarter and half notes.

1. Step 1A pattern in 3/4 with the accent on the first beat will play.
2. Step 2Count 1-2-3 feeling the strong tap on the 1 and tap the beats.
3. Step 3Recognise the cycle: each time the accent returns, a new measure begins.
