Play the inverted chord shown, now with more roots (includes Bb).

1. Step 1Look at the chord shown and play it on the instrument: it can be major or minor and will often appear in an inversion.
2. Step 2The chord can start from any root in the wider set, including Bb.
3. Step 3Identify the bass note (root, third or fifth) without changing the chord's identity and repeat until you play it confidently.
