Play the augmented triad shown from any of the 12 roots, including notes with accidentals.

1. Step 1Look at the chord shown and play it on the instrument: it is an augmented triad (root, major third and augmented fifth).
2. Step 2The chord can start from any of the 12 roots, including notes with accidentals (F#, Db, Eb...).
3. Step 3Keep the 1-3-#5 structure in any key and repeat until you play the augmented triad confidently.
